Shipping and Delivery Policy

We will ship your oder within 2-3 working days once the order is confirmed.

Areas of Delivery and Fees

UK: Free Delivery for oders over £50 with UK. We charge £2.45 for all deliveries less than £50 within the UK, or such other delivery charges notified to you at the time you place your order.
The rest of the world: Free Delivery for oders over £120. We charge £12 for all deliveries less than £120．

Shipping and Handling

All shipments require a signature on delivery. We recommend you inspect your package for damage or tampering before signing and accepting it.
Your order will typically arrive within 1-3 working days, depending on the destination, following the date of dispatch set out in the Order Confirmation. This is an estimate only and should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery issues

If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date of the Order Confirmation in UK or 21 working days in the rest of the world, please contact us via email. Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Exchange and Return Policy.
